Feel Good

Feel Good is a menstrual cup with flared edges at the top that minimizes the risk of leakage. The edges mean that it closes extra tightly around the walls of the vagina. It also has a spike at the bottom that makes it easy to insert, and remove, the menstrual cup.

The menstrual cups are made of very soft and medical silicone that adapts to your body to provide optimal protection. The material is so soft that you don’t feel it once it’s in place. Even the spike is soft and is usually not felt. If, by chance, you should feel the spike, you can easily cut it to the length you want.

They come in two different sizes that suit both beginners and those who have previously used menstrual cups.

The smaller cup holds 15 ml (height: 7.1 cm. diameter 3.8 cm), while the larger one instead holds 20 ml (height: 7.1 cm. diameter 4 cm).

We recommend you try both menstrual cups to determine which size fits your body best. You may also want to vary the cup depending on the amount of bleeding on a particular day of your cycle.

Use & cleaning

Inserting a menstrual cup can feel a little strange at first, but you will quickly learn the technique. Fold the menstrual cup twice and hold it together with your thumb and 2-3 fingers.

Once you’ve inserted it and loosened the grip, you may need to rotate, wiggle, or pull the spike a bit to get it into the right position.

In the beginning, you should always empty and clean the menstrual cup every 4 hours. You will gradually learn how often you will need to empty the cup.

When it’s time to empty the cup, sit on the toilet and relax. Insert your fingers to squeeze the menstrual cup, then remove the cup. Sometimes you may need to squeeze a little to bring the cup a little closer to the vaginal opening. Clean the cup with lukewarm water and mild soap before reinserting it.

Remember to always wash your hands and maintain good hygiene when handling a menstrual cup. When your period is over, clean the cup as usual with water and mild soap. Finish by boiling the menstrual cups for a few minutes to ensure maximum hygiene.
