In the app there are three six different courses (training programs): Beginner Level – Honeymoon – I am Planning a Child – Young Mother – In the Recovery of Muscler – The Mistress. Each course has a description to help you choose the right one. Each course also has different levels of experience, from beginner level to master.

After choosing a course and starting the lesson, a fun and exciting game awaits. In the beginning you plant your “seed” and during the process you will be able to see how it turns into a stately tree. You will be able to see the progress of your muscles in real time – they will become stronger, more durable and sensitive.

The three sensitive pressure sensors inside give you feedback – when you pinch the balls, it responds with vibrations. The app also has a voice assistant that tells you what to do and in what way.

The training is based on squeezing and relaxing the intimate muscles. In the app, an individual training session is created just for you. For each completed training session, you will receive medals and prizes to keep you motivated.
